Lambs! Shares available for September 2017!

Lambs arrive in spring - usually the end of April. They spend the summer and early fall on pasture. By September they are ready to be processed. 

Lambs are raised with kindness and little stress. We have the butcher come to the farm to dispatch and clean the lambs on site to reduce stress to the animals. Carcasses are then taken to the butchering facility for cutting and packaging.

Every part of the animal is used. Patty stretches and salts the skins to dry. They are then shipped to a tannery for processing. Hides are available for purchase. Reserve yours by emailing Patty.
